ANTIQUE ASSOCIATION OF MADISON COUNTY
Sat. & Sun. Oct. 11-12, selling commemorative pottery jars. East of the Courthouse.

PIONEER VILLAGE - COURTHOUSE SQUARE
Demonstrations of crafts from the turn of the century, including: spinning, bead working, woodcarving, chair caning, pottery, pony pictures, and Farmers Market.
Sat. & Sun. Oct. 11-12 9am-5pm.

HISTORICAL COMPLEX
“History comes to life!” Tours of Victorian Mansion, train shows in the 1800’s Winterset Depot. Old fashioned school lessons, Civil War soldiers, and a baked Potato bar will be featured. Madison County HistoricalComplex, 815 S 2nd Ave.

Activities including an artist’s exhibition, passport to the past, and tours of the civil war era underground railroad

HOWELL GREENHOUSE & FLORAL
Children’s play area, gifts, pumpkin patch, dried florals, corn maze, straw maze, petting zoo, concessions, wagon rides, and homemade ice cream.

COVERED BRIDGE BUS TOURS
Rotary Club offers daily tours (with a guide) from Winterset Middle School (one block south of the Festival grounds) to four of the Covered Bridges.

PASSPORT TO THE PAST
Passports may be redeemed at participating businesses. The passport contains a list of activities kids can explore to receive a stamp on their passport. Some of these activities include: scavenger hunts, storytellings, courthouse tours, and visits with Civil War soldiers. Complete a station and receive a prize! Complete four stations and win the grand prize!

Hosted by C.I.A. (Central Iowa Auto Club)
Entry fee $15.00-30 classes, 1st 2nd 3rd place awards
Registration 8:00am until noon
Judging by participants- noon until 1:30pm
